WORLD ORAL HEALTH DAY

World Oral Health Day is observed annually on 20 March. The day also marks the launch of a year-long campaign to raise awareness of oral health and prevention of oral diseases.The theme for the next three years is “Happy Mouth is a Happy Body”. Adhiparashakthi Dental College had organized a month long Oral Hygiene Awareness Campaign based on the themes “ No To Bleeding Gums” and Happy Mouth is a Happy Body” starting on National Periodontist Day (23rd February 2024) and culminating on the occasion of World Oral Health Day (20th March 2024). Apart from the Oral Awareness drive, various activities were organized like Selfie Competition, Video Reel Competition, Quiz Competition, Slogan and ePoster Competitions. The competitions were open to Undergraduate students, Post Graduate students and Faculty as well and all these competition was largely received by all of them and all actively participated in these competitions.
